This company is top notch! They have done a plumbing job, 2 water supply line jobs and installed an A/C for us over the last couple of years. Each time, they have gone above and beyond in their level of service and people skills. EB is especially personable, detailed and thorough! Never once have I felt like we over-payed for anything they provided. If you want excellent work and customer service for a fair price,- this is the company to call !!

We had a very good experience with our heating tech Matt Clyde. He arrived to do a diagnostic check of our furnace, but our power had been out all night/morning. He provided his personal number and offered to return between his other appointments as soon as our power was restored. Our power did not come back on until early evening, he even offered to come back later that night after he took his wife out to dinner on Valentine's Day. We were able to reschedule for the next morning. He arrived and ran a full diagnostic and thankfully it was an easy fix. He was very nice, professional, honest, and knowledgeable, all the things you want in someone coming to fix something in your home. I was VERY happy and impressed with not only Matt's service, but also the woman who scheduled our appointment, Frankie. She was very nice and personable, made me feel confident that we would be well taken care - which we were. I will definitely be using My Buddy the Plumber, Heating & Air for any future needs and have already recommended them to others due to the integrity and honesty that I experienced.

We have been using My Buddy as our plumber with great success. Yesterday, I called for an appointment to have our furnaces checked and was able to get an appointment the next day. Vance from My Buddy came to inspect and possibly repair our furnaces. He came right on time and even early and was very professional. While he looked our furnaces over, he willingly answered my questions and told me what he was checking and why. I noticed that rather than simply replace parts, he cleaned them which of course saved money. I asked Vance about prices on new furnaces, and he had some great options. We highly recommend My Buddy for both plumbing and heating services and will surely ask for Vance to come again when we need our furnaces checked and to install a new furnace.

We had a water heater issue and I saw that these guys reviewed very well on Google, BUT apparently reviews are not everything. The short of it is, that when they finally showed up (at the very end of the 2 hour appointment window) he took a look at the manufacture date of our water heater, and granted it is 10 years old, and immediately said it needed replaced. He didn't do any kind of trouble shooting, he didn't really ask any questions, he just saw a date and jumped right into the whole "you are going to have to replace it" I asked why can't we fix it and didn't get an answer just a well it's going to cost more to repair than its worth. I asked how much to replace, and his quotes were 1k - 2k above the industry standard. Well, I went with my gut and tried a $12 thermocouple and guess what? We have hot water. No Thanks My Buddy The Plumber, when we DO need a new water heater we won't be calling you.

I had some water pressure issues and so I found my buddy the plumber on Google search and saw they had great reviews, so I gave them a shot. I always get great service from My Buddy the Plumber and they never tried to twist my arm to buy installations I do not need when my older equipment can still be maintained, that is quite different from other companies. Recently, I had Jason and Jacob come do some work on a leak under a sink and on a toilet. Like their colleagues they were polite, clean, attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They work fast but still take the time to listen to the description of the problems before they offer their diagnostics and best advice. They had to cut a hole in a drywall to install a pressure regulator. They cleaned up all the dust and installed a nice access panel. Then, they had the sink evacuation as well as the drippy faucet fixed in no time. They could not see the problem with the toilet and ran an auger through it on a second visit for free. In my experience My Buddy The Plumber Heating & Air is the best company with the best people in Salt Lake City.

Great company to work with. Gave several recommendations/options to choose from (needed a new water heater). Parker, who did our install, was great. Told us exactly what he was going to do, explained invoice well. He had to do some extra work to get the job done so really appreciate his work. I called to have my expansion tank replaced on my hot water heater. They got me scheduled, followed up before coming out, gave me a reasonable time window to work with, and then called 10 minutes early to let me know they were on their way. Great Service! Jason showed up and gave me a quote on the spot, left to get a few parts and immediately got everything fixed up. Overall great experience

Excellent service. Booking was easy and the agents were courteous. Tyler and Ryan - the plumbers, were excellent to deal with. My hose bib (garden faucet) froze over the winter and cracked. They knew the exact problem, explained me everything about fixing the problem and fixed it quickly. I was truly impressed with the work and their expertise.Tyler, pretty young guy, was especially impressive. It’s hard to find plumbers like him. Very professional, very courteous and very respectful.

Fast, friendly, and honest service. We thought our water heater was going out, Being a new homeowner I did all the normal troubleshooting but couldn’t get anything to work so I gave them a call. I was surprised to hear they were able to get a technician out to me immediately. I wasn’t going to be available until late that afternoon but the dispatcher was more than happy to accommodate my schedule. Shea (spelling?) came to meet me after work, and in less than a minute he had my water heater up and running. I felt embarrassed that he was able to fix it so easily, and asked him to walk me through step by step how he fixed it which he happily did. His assessment was that a part on the heater is likely going out due to the age of the unit and he gave me estimates to fix the part or to just replace the entire unit. Again being a new homeowner he could easily have gave me the run around but he was completely genuine and up front about his recommendation. At the end of the appointment I expected to have to pay a fee being that this was an emergency service call on the weekend, but he told me that there company doesn’t charge a fee in regards to water heaters which was a huge relief. We will definitely be using My Buddy the Plumber for any and all future needs and would absolutely recommend them.

We had a really phenomenal experience with Vance from My Buddy the Plumber. We have 20 year old air conditioners and each tune up they seem one step closer to the grave. This year one of the units finally decided to kick the bucket. Vance walked me through what was wrong (and what was right with the functioning one), gave me options instead of out and out replacing it, and talked to me about my replacement options, warranty information and so on. It made me feel a ton better, and three days later we have the new air conditioner installed. Korey and Kasey did the installation and they did a fabulous job. Vance told me the new AC would make a difference and it really really does. Our bedroom is like a hotbox but we only had to run it for a few minutes to get things cooled right down. A broken air conditioner was one of my deepest fears about home ownership and Vance, Korey, and Kasey made it no big deal. Thanks team.

Tyler was the plumber that came to my condo and he was highly professional, courteous and kind. Fortunately, my issue was an easy fix that I could’ve fixed. Despite that, Tyler quickly addressed my issue, saving me loads of time in the process. I own my own business and sometimes it’s hard for me to find the time to address those issues, Tyler didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. He helped me tremendously. My Buddy the Plumber is a fantastic company that has some amazing people working for them. Katy, Ryan, and Korey are a part of the furnace team and they did an incredible job! Our furnace was extremely old and not up to code in any fashion. Katy went over all of the options with us and explained everything really well so there was no misunderstanding from the beginning of the project to the end. Communication is huge for me and they are fantastic at it! I always knew what was going on, there were no surprises. Korey and Ryan installed the furnace we chose and we couldn't have asked for a better team. They work hard, they know what they are doing, and they even helped us out with a problem we have had in the past with our old furnace so it wouldn't happen with this new one. They are very good problem solvers and I am very satisfied with the service I have received from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks! They are hands down the best plumbing company in Utah and I will always call them when I have any issues they can handle.

Great service!!! Came home from my vacation to find my AC was not turning on. Got an appt the NEXT DAY!! John came to my house promptly. Huge fan. Derek came out to look at a leaky valve. The fix was almost instant and he refused to take any payment. To put a cherry on top, I ended up experiencing a kidney stone about the time he arrived and the he asked if he could help in any way. Fortunately I didn't need a ride to the ER, but thought it was really fantastic that in addition to being a generous plumber he was genuinely concerned for my welfare. 100% these guys for my future plumbing needs

We all know the pains of plumbing repairs: the cost, the time, and the unknown. I am happy to say Mike (the technician that I was so fortunate to have come to fix my leak) made sure that none of these things were a problem. He took the time to walk me through the repair, show me the specifics of why the leak happened in the first place (so I could prevent it from happening again), and even did a quick look around my new home to make sure I was getting the most out of my plumbing. The only thing better than all of this was the small cost of having a technician out at my house for over half a day! Incredible service at a low cost. Needless to say, I have found my forever plumbing company!

They fixed my problem and then they fixed their problem. Yes, their service was excellent; communication was fantastic - from scheduling, to the technician who kept us informed on time of arrival. He had our problem (which another plumber mis-diagnosed) figured out within 5 minutes. He gave us an honest, fair quote on the spot. Even picking up new parts he was back to our house in less time than he estimated and had the job wrapped up in a timely fashion. I am an Electrical Contractor and understand that problems and accidents can, and unfortunately do happen occasionally. Such was the case at our job. Without going into details I can say I contacted the company via text and was promised that the Ops manager or Owner would get in touch with me. To my surprise, Brandon, the owner called me within 10 minutes and we were able to work out the problem to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company. To me the true measuring stick of a company is not only their professionalism and quality of work on the job, but how they respond to problems and issues that arise outside the normal scope of the job. Brandon owned up to their mistake and made it right with us. That says a lot about this company. I would definitely use them again.

I was really pleased with these guys. I had never used them before. I needed a new water heater installed. Shea was knowledgeable and friendly and had answers to my questions where others didn't. This was my third estimate. Not only was the price better than the others, but the service was excellent and prompt. Needed a very slow drain cleared. We live in a very old house and have some pretty wonky plumbing. Upper floor sink drain was backing up into main floor sink. It was pretty gross, and was not something we could solve. Called early one morning, got a same day appointment. Brian was the plumber who was sent to help us. He was up front with the estimate, got the job done quickly, and checked a few time with different pressure to make sure it all worked. Best of all, the cost was significantly lower than I anticipated. Thanks Brian and My Buddy the Plumber. I will definitely call again when I need a plumber.

Between two businesses and my home, I have called My Buddy probably 30 times over the last few years. I’ve had such a great experience each time that I don’t look for another company. I know the folks at My Buddy will treat me fairly and do a great job. Just today, Brian came out to fix a mop sink that turned into a “mop stink”. Ultimate professional......could have charged me a dozen ways but didn’t. He gave a simple diagnosis and a simple fix. He gave me instructions on how to eliminate the problem in the future. He could have found a way to charge me more or create a reason for more expense in the future, but left me feeling confident in the reason I call them exclusively in the first place.Well done Brian!!!!

I had a tankless water heater installed by Derrick and he did a fantastic job. My family loves not worrying about how much hot water might be left in our old heater. Shawn helped my mother fix her air conditioner as she was selling her home. She was referred by a family friend to another place that set up a time but never showed up and never called back. We are out of state property owners/landlords of a home in Daybreak, So. Jordan, Utah. As soon as tenants notified us of water dripping through the ceiling from a second floor bathroom I made contact with My Buddy the Plumber to initiate some service. I was very pleased with Eric, our plumber, for his diagnosis and repair of the problem that had been causing unseen, extensive water damage in the flooring of the bathroom. The plumbing problem was quickly repaired and I thought the charge was very reasonable. A dry out/restoration company was recommended and contacted for us, which I am equally impressed with, to begin a more extensive assessment of water related damages but that is a whole other experience. I would definitely use My Buddy the Plumber again, especially having confidence that we will be serviced and treated well as "not immediately present landlord" needs arise! Thank you for expert service Eric!!! A well satisfied customer!

We had a flooding drain and I called other companies and they weren't able to come out the same day. My Buddy were able to come the same morning. Before I called My Buddy the Plumber, I checked their reviews and noticed that many of the reviews were about Brian and what a great job he did, so I was hoping I would get Brian for my service call...and I did! I was very impressed with the service I received. He cleaned the sewer line from my basement to the sewer, inspecting it with a camera. The rooter he had didn't quite reach the main line so he arrange for another service tech, Jason to come with a bigger rooter that would reach out to the main sewer. Jason showed me and explained the condition of my pipe. I was impressed with both Brian and Jason. However, Brian really earned 5 stars from me when I went to check on how things were going and he was on his hands and knees cleaning the area where he had worked, making sure it was clean. To me that is going the extra mile.

Brian came over today to help troubleshoot a recurrent sink flooding issue. He did a thorough camera evaluation to make sure the piping had been done correctly, removed a clog deep in the pipes, and then tested his work to make sure it wouldn't flood again. He worked quickly and didn't make a mess of my bathroom. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully now I won't have to!

Our water heater was leaking and I called a few plumbers and they were booked or never returned my call. I read lots of great reviews about My Buddy and so I called and they originally said they would send someone out between 3-5 pm that same day which was good, but then not even an hour later their plumber Aaron called and said he could come out within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, which was a broken pressure relief valve and gave us a bid of $295. He also explained two other options to replace the water heater and emailed those quotes to me too. He didn’t pressure me to get a new water heater. He said ours looked ok still other than the leaking valve. We went ahead and had him fix the valve and he said if the water heater breaks within a year and we have my buddy replace it they will deduct the repair cost of $295 from today off of the new water heater. Also, since there was water damage to our wood floors, he arranged for a company to come out to tear out the damaged flooring and that will all be covered by our home owner’s insurance. The workmen from both companies were very nice and helpful. I’m impressed with Aaron and My Buddy plumbing! Except now I can’t stop thinking about the song from the commercial for those little boy dolls called My Buddy from the 80’s. ?

Shawn was amazing. Not only did he repair my heater he fixed some duck work that had come lose and was not working properly. He went above and beyond the call of duty and is a great example of an excellent employee and expert in his field. Just want to give a big shout-out to Aaron McCabe from My Buddy the Plumber who responded quickly and professionally in repairing the leak in my main water line coming into the house. As soon as I discovered the flooding in the basement, I called a couple of different companies who were not available for days. Who can live with their water off "for days". They were willing to accommodate and come to my rescue. He immediately assessed the problem, got the part and promptly replaced it. He was also helpful in advising me what to do for the next step. As a first time home owner, I wasn't ready for a major sewer line back up in my basement. (I don't think any of us really are...) Aaron was quick and knowledgeable about the situation and gave his input. I asked them to quote me on pretty much replacing my water heater, lining the sewer line and other things. Aaron and my buddy plumber wasn't only the cheaper option from my other quote, he was also very helpful about yearly cheap ups, and what the process will be. Would recommend again. Ryan and Andy were very efficient and quick to install a new furnace! Very respectful to me and the house not weird or creepy to have in my home.(I’ve had weird luck in the past) I felt bad because I have a very tight staircase where my basement is, they had to remove my old furnace with was to big for the home pretty much an old scary death trap! Also my basement is creepier than the basement in Home Alone these brave men did not once complain, they left no messes and were clear on how to use and take care of the furnace. Everyone that I have dealt with in this company has been highly competent from the woman who first answered my call very friendly and easy to schedule with. The technician John who came and did my evaluation, he really took his time explaining everything also he is very funny and practical didn’t try to oversell me on anything. We had an amazing experience with Harley. He was very professional and did an amazing job! He was thorough, kind, and went the extra mile by replacing a few pipes that were not originally part of the job. Just had a furnace installed by Kasey A. and Korey F. Not only were they professional and punctual, but they went far above and beyond what I expected! While starting the process, they realized there was a problem with the gas meter and line coming in... Could easily have said that I needed to get that fixed and then they'll come back, it was after all a Saturday install job. Instead, they waited over an hour till the Dominion Energy guy arrived. Then, in order for them to continue, the gas guy said that I would need a new gas line going from the meter to the house. Once again, perfect opportunity for them to call it a day... instead, they made sure it was changed out and completed the job. When they finished, they spent the time to go over the furnace and the new thermostat to make sure that I knew how it works and answer any questions that I had. Furnace works great! Before they left, they cleaned everything up and took all the garbage away. I now have a company I know I can trust with my heating needs. Now let's see how it goes with their plumber who comes out later this week...

Cameron came out to bid on some work with several other companies. We gave him and My Buddy The Plumber the job. In fact. we are bringing them back this week for more work (if the bid still works with our budget).We chose Cameron last time because he not only gave us a relatively decent price but because he took the time to work with us and had a personality we could connect with. We bought a house and needed our garbage disposal fixed, Shea Flanders was AMAZING/SWEET/OUTSTANDING! Not only did he fix our disposal but he also turned everything on for me at our new house! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! On Tuesday evening, I suddenly had water coming down through the ceiling into my basement bathroom. It stopped, so I called first thing in the morning and within 20 minutes Shea was at my door. I cannot say enough about Shea! He was kind, clean, and very knowledgable. A few days before the leak occurred, I had been working on my shower trying to change a cartridge. I wasn't sure if I had caused the leak in the ceiling and he assured me it was unrelated... and even helped me remove a piece off the shower I was struggling with. He offered to complete that job for me, but I LOVE doing that sort of thing myself, so he gave me a few helpful pointers and offered to come back if needed. Shea pinpointed the issue causing the leak, quickly fixed it, made sure nothing else was out of whack and that we had no other concerns. I would not hesitate to call My Buddy again. Such an easy, and pleasant experience. I will recommend them to everyone, and use them in the future without hesitation. Thank you Shea!!

Very happy with the work that Damon Talbert has done! He's knowledgeable and went above and beyond with my bathroom sink handle. I have a bit of a tricky structure, with the handle coming from the wall. It's also needed a part that had to be ordered. Damon went to multiple places to try and find it first. After getting my approval, he ordered it and gave me a follow up call to let me know he was checking on its status about a week later. Once it was in, he offered to install it, even on his day off, so we would have it fixed before the Christmas holiday and family coming. Very happy to have him to contact for anything we need!

Damon came by my apartment to help out with a plumbing issue, pretty major blockage. He was extremely helpful and easily explained the issue and the possible solutions. It was going to take a couple days to solve the issue, and with me having to be at work the whole time we were able to come up with a way for him the access my apartment while I was out. Damon was extremely respectful of my home and my pets making sure they were good and didn't run off at any time. He even kept a lookout for unwanted guests and packages. Overall the work he did was awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to call Damon and My Buddy again if/whenever I have another issue. Awesome company and awesome employees.

We plumb our own sinks, dishwashers, toilets, etc... but I'm reluctant to work on the main water line coming into the house, so we called My Buddy the Plumber, and once again, they did not disappoint us. Shea Flanders came out to give the free estimate, tightened the packing on the ball valve, which fixed the leak right away, and didn't charge us for his time and effort. PLUMBING - INSTALL LOWER DRAIN INTO THE MAIN STACK FOR DISHWASHER/DISPOSALOur house was built in 1947 and the drain from the kitchen sink into the main stack was too high for a disposal or a dishwasher. We thought this would be a major ordeal, but the work came in UNDER BID, was done quickly, and we have a problem-free dishwasher and disposal now. Our technician was "EB," who both gave us the estimate and performed the work. Very personable, knowledgeable, and had the right tools for the job. We actually had consulted a plumber before him (different company) who told us this could not be done easily or inexpensively, so we were elated to find the knowledge, experience and willingness to work on our old house's plumbing challenges that EB brought to the job.

I always get great service from My Buddy the Plumber and they never tried to twist my arm to buy installations I do not need when my older equipment can still be maintained, that is quite different from other companies. Recently, I had Jason and Jacob come do some work on a leak under a sink and on a toilet. Like their colleagues they were polite, clean, attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They work fast but still take the time to listen to the description of the problems before they offer their diagnostics and best advice. They had to cut a hole in a drywall to install a pressure regulator. They cleaned up all the dust and installed a nice access panel. Then, they had the sink evacuation as well as the drippy faucet fixed in no time. They could not see the problem with the toilet and ran an auger through it on a second visit for free. In my experience My Buddy The Plumber Heating & Air is the best company with the best people in Salt Lake City.Today Brian came to look at a malfunctioning toilet and again, the problem was fixed by my buddy the plumber. Brian, like his colleagues, is polite, respectful of the place and friendly and he takes the time to look into the problem to identify the best solution to fix it. Better service is not possible.

I actually haven't had a chance to finish my business with My Buddy, so this review may change. However, as a female veteran, I'm fairly used to men dismissing my electrical knowledge. But never so blatantly as by the technician Shawn. I tried explaining that I was an electrical engineer in the US Navy for 6 years but he wasn't having it. He needed to prove me right before he even came to my house! Also, I was quoted a $0 troubleshooting fee. That was it. No other price was mentioned. However, Shawn informed me it would cost $69. You need to get on the same page and maybe discuss the proper way to address customers

My Buddy the plumber is more like a 10 star company versus a 5 star. My water heater went out in the middle of the night. I made several calls to other companies looking to get someone out to my house right away. It was the middle of the night and Kara answered the phone and to my surprise it was not a answering service. She said that My Buddy is a 24/7 company and that she could have a technician out within the hour. The plumber showed up and was able to do a temporary fix. And he would come back in the morning to replace my water heater. I was really concerned because I really didn’t have the money right then to pay. My technician said that my buddy does go through a company that handles the financing and that he would have someone call in the morning. To my surprise Again right at 7:00 in the morning Shellie called me to setup financing. She made it super easy and painless and was done within 5 minutes. So by the time my plumber came the financing was done and with 12 hours I had a new water heater. So if you are looking for the best service and products & employees. My Buddy is the company to call. They have my business for life.

Just had a new tankless water heater installed. Have been considering this for a long time and after visiting with Jordan, decided to go ahead with this addition to our home. Jordan was very informative during our initial appointment, able to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the items we were purchasing, install time and follow up availability. Jordan was also our installer. He was prompt, conscientious about his work and ultimately did a fantastic job with the install! We had a major drain problem, we called and had a company come out. They said they charge a 70.00 flat charge. They ran our kitchen sink which is back to back with other bathroom sink. They broke the p-trap on the other side and made a mess. Then they said the cable keeps going up the vent. We had enough. They charged us 399.00 and left things worse. We seen my buddy the plumber had the highest ratings on google. We called them . Dispatchers were awesome and polite. We seen Brian had a lot of good reviews for drain cleaning and asked for him. He showed up on time, wore shoe covers. Laid down towels on our wood floor and made ease of the drain in a matter of minutes. Thank you my buddy the plumber for making my experience from calling in to sending out a great tech. The price was half of that other company that did not fix it. Brian also let us know , he could have Jason come out and give a bid to get rid of the old plumbing.

Had an emergency flood situation over the weekend and called several other places going down the list. My Buddy The Plumber was the one who came through that same day; every other emergency company would have had to come out that following Monday. Jason was super nice and prompt, and went over all the details with me as he performed his job excellently! And when another clog happened that same evening (somewhere else in the house, unrelated) he offered to drive back immediately, no extra charge. Ended up needing to fix the main line outside and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Our pipes flow great now, and I’m so impressed with My Buddy’s professionalism that I’m hiring them again for other jobs in my house! 5 stars, will recommend to everyone who needs excellent work done at a fair price!

They came the day after the earthquake here in Magna. Daniel looked at my water heater and between the both of us came up with a game plan to get our house back into shape. Unfortunately the water heater we had installed when we first moved in was replaced incorrectly. I explained that when you guys came to fix our AC unit and replace our furnace that our water heater was out of code. Expansion tank on the hot side. No earthquake straps. Wrong piping. Missing parts. No sediment trap on the gas line. Etc.Daniel took the time to listen and showed compassion for what we had gone thru. He offered solutions and advice that was greatly appreciated in a stressful situation. He came the next morning and explained every little detail on what he was going to do. We also found out that the water pressure was not where it was supposed to be. He explained that average range is between 50-80. Our house was 112. So our pressure regulator was the problem. He was a great help and I hope the owner Brandon( Daniel couldn't stop praising him at every chance he could) will see this and Give Daniel the recognition he deserves. You guys have come to our rescue multiple times now and I will continue to call on you guys even when we move. I have told multiple people to call if they need anything.Thanks again.

Awesome and Fast (That was my initial response). However after digesting the invoice, I would not recommend their service based on how much they charge. I had a water leak coming through my ceiling. I cut out a 3x3 section of drywall, identified the leak, placed a plastic sheet on the floor and had it ready to go. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 40 minutes working to repair the line. He cut out 18" of pipe, used 2 fittings and installed 18" of Pex. Total cost $555 (I did get a discount for writing a Google review). I called the next morning and explained my concern and was told "That is what it costs to have a licensed professional fix your pipe." The service itself was good as they responded quickly, the technician was very nice and the work so far appears to be good. Simply put, Overcharged for basic plumbing service.

We received quotes from 3 different companies to replace our air conditioning unit and furnace. My Buddy The Plumber actually listened to our needs and price range, working to give us a great deal. Jason handled all the issues perfectly and was informative and knowledgeable. I LOVED that he was confident in his work, and that he didn't push any unneeded work. I'm very surprised at how well they handled everything. I work with lots of service companies on multiple properties and these guys are by far my favorite.

Quoted $900 for a water heater gas valve. Second opinion from another Plummer was that I just needed a new thermocouple/ignition assembly. I snagged that from a local plumbing store for $50, installed it myself, and pilot light stayed on first try and has been working just fine since. Always get multiple quotes.*Update* the owner of this company did reach out to me to discuss my concerns and to try to make it right which was appreciated. My review is intended more to encourage others to get second opinions and quotes and not to tear a company down.

I had a water line break under my foundation slab. Aaron M. was amazing. He showed up quickly and was very informative about the problem, and what would be needed to fix it. He found ways to make it affordable, and in the process we decided to have the whole house re-piped. I know I am a very “curious” customer and am constantly asking questions and trying to figure out what is happening. Aaron was very patient and friendly. He was quick to respond to any questions I had, and was very open and honest about what was happening. The price that I was quoted at the beginning was the price that I paid at the end. There were no surprises. I am very pleased with my interaction with Aaron M. and the whole team at My Buddy The Plumber, so I signed up for their annual plan to help keep things working their best. I highly recommend Aaron and My Buddy the Plumber.

I recently reached out concerning an issue I was having with my air conditioner. It was having a hard time keeping up with the heat. Shawn gave me some quick DIY tips and I was able to resolve the issue on my own by the following afternoon in just about an hours time. He was responsive and very helpful!!
