I had an excellent experience working with Caleb!We were unfortunate to have a pin-hole leak in one of our water lines running through the wall that resulted in water leaking into the basement. After some investigation and testing in collaboration with Bingham Restoration, Caleb was able to locate the source of the leak in our wall just by listening to it!He opened a small hole in the sheetrock, cut, and soldered a new section of copper pipe all on the other side of a wall stud, without damaging or cutting open the opposite side of the wall which would have been much more expensive to repair!

We called My Buddy the Plumber when the waterline to a toilet broke late on a Friday afternoon flooding the bathroom. Their friendly dispatcher asked a few questions and quickly assigned a plumber to arrive at our home within 90 minutes. Shea was the plumber assigned. He was fantastic. We upgraded our meter service and Dan was incredibly helpful. He helped arrange all of the permitting and meeting with the city and power company. I could not believe my luck. After purchasing my first home 2 months ago, a high pitched wailing noise began to develop any time I turned on any source of water in my house. Our furnace went out 3 days before Christmas. My Buddy the P[umber went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. They came out the same day and gave us a fair estimate. They pointed out some issues that needed to be addressed from the prior install that had caused the failure on the first furnace and told us how they would address them. The installers actually arrived early for the install and were very professional and polite. Corey and Casey were both wearing personal protection gear including masks. They were wearing foot coverings and they put down drop cloths covering the entire work area before starting. The quality of work was above and beyond our expectations. The fit and finish of the install was done very well with attention to detail. Couldn't be happier!

We first called My Buddy The Plumber last Christmas season. We had 18 people up for New Year's Eve and our carbon monoxide monitor was going off. John came up on December 30th and diagnosed the problem as our water heater being improperly installed a couple years before. By January 1st we had a new tankless water heater up and running. He went over and above to help us. Then we replaced another water heater and an air conditioner this summer and John did a great job. It took a while to tune in the tankless water heater but he was persistent and it works great. Today we had them come up and look at two of our fireplaces that weren't working. Pete came up our two miles of dirt/snow road to help us out. John and Pete could not have been more professional, more competent and more pleasant to work with. We would recommend My Buddy The Plumber to anyone who needs their help.

We got entirely new pipes for most of our homes water system, as well as a water softener and purifier for culinary water. Kyle and Eric were very professional and pleasant. We've used My Buddy the Plumber once before last year and we had a wonderful technician (Jordan), but we've had a torturous experience 12/7 with Kyle Malmstrom just last week 12/7 when we had water in our basement, and he came in and talked my ears off about irrelevant things, just a typical low caliber sales man. Our drain pipe needed to be jetted and he said it costs $1,083, but we got charged for $1,300. Because of some water getting to the baseboards and kitchen cabinets, he told us that everything needs to be teared down. He made the decision on his own and contracted "Dry Wall Restoration, without asking us if we wanted to go with a different company. " We came to learn later that Dry Wall Restoration give My Buddy The Plumber a portion of the pay for recommending them, " very unethical and shady business! We could have hired a different damage mitigation company, but we were never consulted. He lied about our homeowner insurance and said that we would get back two third of the cost of digging in the ground to install a liner BIG LIE, we didn't have a separate underwriter for sewer damage, but he never cared to even ask us if we do or we don't. My daughter had them write on the agreement that if the cost exceeds our insurance premium, we are not liable for paying it. Jetting was done on Monday 12/7, we received a receipt on 12/14 and after I called Kyle and the main office to ask for it. Are we disappointed, and would never hire their services again? For sure!Advice for everyone, if you ever have flooded place, check your policy and talk with your insurance agent first, not with your plumber!Jetting and cleaning out the pipe was done efficiently and our water problem is gone.I wanted to add an update to our yesterday's review. Minutes after I posted the review, I received a call from the owner of My Buddy the Plumber (Branden). He took the time to listen to our concerns and acknowledged them. He shared some feedback with his technician as an area of learning opportunity, and called me at the end of the day yesterday (like he promised) and offered us a credit for our pain and suffering. A true and live example of excellent soft contact leadership skills! Thank You Branden!

Dan the electrician was so friendly and professional. He was very patient while I figured out exactly where I wanted my can lights, even though I went back and forth for a few minutes! He covered all the furniture and left everything very clean. Some of the drywall got a little messed up in one spot, but that happens and it should be easy to patch up. Our hot water heaters went out this morning. We called My Buddy the Plumber at 7:45 a.m. and Daniel the service tech was at our house by 9. He did a very thorough inspection and recommended replacing both water heaters since they work in sync with each other. He also said the ones currently installed were not done up to the current safety specifications. We decided to replace both on his recommendation. When he pulled the main water heater out it was filled with tons of sediment. He was quick, professional, and friendly. I will definitely use them again and will ask for Daniel.

Had My Buddy at my house today for two different plumbing issues. Troy did an excellent job replacing out kitchen faucet. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Finished in less than an hour. Mike was so helpful! We had a slow draining kitchen sink that we tried a few different things on (over several days) with no success. We were able to get an appointment pretty soon after we called. He showed up and got right to work and the sink was fixed within the hour! We made an appointment for him to come back a couple of days later to hook up the ice maker in our refrigerator. Same thing, came on time, got right to work, and finished quickly. Also he is friendly and was remarkably patient with my small children who probably occasionally got in his way. I would definitely recommend!

10/2020 Larry came for HVAC maintenance. I found him to be very pleasant and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Our main furnace needed a new part as it is 16 years old. The job was done in minutes.Come to find out he has been doing this work for over 35 years and was very helpful when it came to our wall heating unit we have on an addition to our home. Dan installed a programmable switch I had failed at. He identified some wiring with stripped insulation and repaired it. He installed and programmed the switch for us. He brought in his own vacuum to clean up some drywall debris, most other repairman would have left this for us to deal with. He was friendly and did great work. I highly recommend him and My Buddy.

Great responsiveness to an urgent situation. Replaced two furnaces with the addition of ultraviolet light additions for allergens. Quote on Monday, full replacement on Tuesday. They brought the "A Team" to complete the project 4.5 hours rather than the 7 hours projected. Andy, Ian, Ryan and Tala were exceptional individuals: Courteous, polite, and professional. They reviewed the project in advance with me, tested all systems after installation, and took sufficient time to orient me to my new systems and, more importantly, how to maintain my system for years of enjoyment. They cleaned up fully afterwards. Nate, the supervisor, came by to check job progress and review status with me to ensure my needs were met. I recommend this firm and these gentlemen 100%!

We continue to be so impressed with Daniel! We just went through a major kitchen remodel and like most remodels we ran into our fair share of problems. We called my buddy the plumber and worked with Daniel multiple times throughout this process and he made it so easy, took so much stress away from the situation, and fixed all of our problems quickly. We just had Shea out for another job - adding a water softener to our home. Shea is always great at communicating and letting us know when he is going to arrive. When in the house he does an incredible job showing the issues and then shows us the resolved areas. While he was down in our basement he cleaned up some old pipes that weren't being used anymore so we didn't have unnecessary clutter. He quoted us 1300 initially for the jobs he was doing and it ended up being a little over 1100. We will never go anywhere else because Shea is TOP NOTCH!He previously came out for a job with our new sink and dishwasher unit and showed the same amount of precision, care and quality to his work. Can't recommend them enough.

Updated review - I used them for a new A/C last year and was happy with the experience, very friendly and quick work. I used them again this year for some plumbing, and while the work was great and the technician was friendly, I ran into a slight invoice issue. Despite this, Brandon called me back and was extremely friendly and was able to look into the issue and resolved it within 10 minutes. He made sure I was 100% taken care of and satisfied, and definitely went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Overall, I'm very happy with them and would definitely use them again in the future!Update: I just had Dan J. help me on an emergency electrical call, and I thought he really did an outstanding job. He was able to show up quickly, identified the issue right away, and gave a very reasonable solution to fix it. Dan worked quickly and the work he did was great! I'll definitely call him again in the future if I have more electrical work that needs to be done!

I signed up for their "club membership" in feb as part of a tankless water heater install. The membership offers 1 yr free inspections of furnace, ac, flush the water heater etc. Preston came out yesterday to do a furnace/AC inspection. He did a super job ! Was not a "kick you tires" inspection, but a very thorough set of tests, probably took at least 1 hr. I'm usually apprehensive of these "free" services in that there will be a lot of "expensive problems" discovered that need attention; a lot of up selling. I didn't get any of that. I believe Preston was very honest, competent and friendly. He gave my system a mostly clean bill of health. Could have issues down stream with the outdoor AC unit but for now it is working well.By the way the tankless unit was another 5 star review installed by a different technician.

I have had several different plumbing companies out for this same problem. Sewer line keeps plugging up. I feel bad because it’s a duplex and renters on the east side keep getting affected. I finally had enough and looked on google and found my buddy the plumber. I’m in millcreek and they are close. I had Brian come out today and did a amazing job. Didn’t just clear the sewer line . But put a camera in first and cleared the clog . Which all other companies didn’t do. Found a break in our line and explained in detail what we were looking at . Our nose on also is broke he explained its our last connection to the city pipe. He said I have bad and good news. Bad news is you need a liner , good news it is in good enough condition to get a liner which will cover our nose on to city main. That’s all I wanted from these other companies that charged me thousands and could not find the problem without a camera. I don’t want my tenants to go through a flood monthly. Im very very impressed with his service and asked him for his boss contact number. He is coming out tomorrow morning with his master plumber to mark everything and get us a bid to get this rolling. A+ Thank you my buddy for great service. If you have any sewer problems I highly recommend Brian from my buddy the plumber.

I called and prayed I would get a honest plumber this time around . My husband died and I don’t know anything about plumbing. I have had a floor drain that I have had a cable put through it once a month. My water softener goes to it and my tankless water heater. My water softener goes off at 3 am . I’m awake and watch it . It floods bad . I have had 3 different companies out to fix this problem. I have had no luck with the 3 . Today I called my buddy the plumber they sent out Brian Shepard . He listened to my concerns and really cared. He gave me a option to permanently fix my problem. Nobody else did. He helped me fix my fridge and my fan in my bathroom. He is a amazing man. GT at MyBuddy was fantastic! He communicated with us through the entire project. He called and said he was on his way almost immediately after we called and told the office we had a problem. GT diagnosed the problem quickly, and called around looking for the part we needed. He found a place with one in stock and went out right then to pick it up so he was sure to get it. He told us he would be out at 900 the next morning but called in the morning and was able to come even earlier. We loved that since it was almost 100 degrees outside and we needed it fixed ASAP. I have used Brian Shepard for many years . I trust him and only him with all my properties in Park City and 15 others around the valley. I called him to get a Appt at a commercial building. He advised me that he is no longer on his own. I was sad but not disappointed because he always takes care of us. He said he now works for the best plumbing and Hvac and electrical company in Utah. My Buddy the Plumber . I had no problem giving them a chance since Brian Shepard works for them. I know the work he does and how he takes care of our renters and clients . He has done multiple projects for our properties. He has replaced drum traps on bath tubs and put in many catch basins for properties that have a French drain in a stair well . He has replaced many sewer lines that can’t be lined . He is very skilled at his trade . He had saved us thousands of dollars to line sewer lines . Listen up future customers. If you need a honest plumber . I recommend Brian Shepard at my buddy the plumber. I can go on and on everything he has done for us to make Sure our commercial properties are well maintained. We had 5 boilers installed at a property that we manage at a hotel with each unit doing over 1,00000 Btu’s . We had problems with them immediately communicating together and firing up when needed be. We called the company that put them in and they came out and could not fix it. Brian Shepard is the best commercial plumber I know. He explained the high limit differential set point is reached at the control closes , allowing the burner to turn back on if there is a call for heat the low limit setting is the minimum temperature the boiler can attain. When the low limit is set point the burner turns on. He got us fixed fast which a hotel is in need of fast service. I have a appointment with My Buddy the Plumber this week. Mr Shepard is very experienced at his trade and I’m so happy I found him even at another company. He loves his master trade at drain cleaning but don’t let him fool you. Lol . Great service. My air conditioner stopped working last week. GT, a service technician, asked if it would be okay for him to arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment. Yes, please! He diagnosed the problem and gave me a pocket-friendly solution. Due to the age of my air conditioner, though, I knew I was facing replacement of it in the near future. I also knew I needed to replace my water heater. GT called a field estimator, Vance, to talk with me about pricing. Vance arrived timely and gave me multiple options, explained the pros and cons of the various options, and was patient while I made my decision about whether to change out the aging furnace as well. In the end, I did replace all three units. Vance sent an excellent installation team (Ian and Ryan). They explained how the updated system worked in comparison to the old one, and worked hard all day and into the early evening to get everything working again. They cleaned up the area and left it looking better than when they arrived. Amazing! Although no one probably enjoys the expense of replacing these systems, I do know they gave me a fair price and I love how well everything is working. From start to finish, their service was great.

I have had two major HVAC issues in the past 2 years and every time my buddy the plumber techs have taken care of it. 2 years ago they installed a new air confirmed system and they did an amazing job at explaining options and prices. They provide all the info I needed to buy the right AC system... a year later we had an issue with the system and they fix it at no cost. The earthquake caused damaged to my old furnace and they installed a new one today. Like usual, the tech came on time and did a great job. Overall, I highly recommend them. You will be very satisfied.

We’ve had a squealing noise coming from our AC unit intermittently. The unit is 19 years old so we weren’t surprised. Larry looked through it, looked at the furnace and gave us the bad news as gently as possible. Long story short, it would cost over $1000 to fix everything wrong with it. Larry said he would be happy to do so but suggested we may want to price new units first. He didn’t sell them so wasn’t able to help with that but he was able to help arrange someone from the company to come out & talk to us. All in all, Larry seemed very trustworthy & helpful.

Scheduling appointments through their office is super easy and quick. Mason, one of their electricians, came out to my house, was on time, was easy to work with and provided an estimate same day. Throughout the estimate process I could tell Mason was going to provide great service and really instilled confidence the job would be done the correct way.Mason and Kurt came out a couple weeks later and worked together to get the new lighting installed throughout the house. During the job there were some unforeseen complications which added difficulty to the project. Mason and Kurt easily adapted to the changes and still got the work done on time and almost directly inline with the estimate. What more could you ask for?These guys will treat you right and provide quality service! I’ll be using them again.

My Buddy the Plumber has been excellent to work with. We had our A/C go out on the hottest day of the year! (Sunday) and they were able to come out same day, for a nominal service call, no extra for Sunday or emergency service was quoted or paid. We ended up needing a new Central A/C unit. They quoted us several options, all I felt were more than fair prices, and they were able to install it the next day! (Amazing!!) Now the Install teams they sent out went above and beyond to get out old unit pulled out, and were extremely attentive to our needs and desires in getting the new unit placed and operating. They were able to get us going with a new Furnace and A/C units in less than a day.I didn't even know service like this was even available anymore. My A/C stopped working in the night, I called the next morning and was able to schedule an appointment within minutes for late afternoon the same day. I been meaning to do this review for awhile and life keeps coming up. I had a sewer line plug up at one of my properties. I have used a different company in the past. They were pretty high priced and seemed like we always had to have them come back . When you have a flood the first time , you really don’t want another one. I called my buddy for the first time. They were in Millcreek close to my property. I told them my situation. Sewer floods basement every 6 months . Jamie the Dispatcher was very knowledgeable and nice . She explained she could send at a tech for no charge to check out my situation. I’m sick of floods and explained I want something different. She sent out Brian with my buddy the plumber. Wow I was so happy from the minute he showed up. He was very professional, clean cut and wore a mask and gloves. He’s the only one that didn’t just take my money and run. Revised Review: I was contacted by the owner and had a very good conversation regarding the work and the cost. I am very satisfied with the resolution. The work as I stated before was very good.Awesome and Fast (That was my initial response). However after digesting the invoice, I would not recommend their service based on how much they charge. I had a water leak coming through my ceiling. I cut out a 3x3 section of drywall, identified the leak, placed a plastic sheet on the floor and had it ready to go. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 40 minutes working to repair the line. He cut out 18" of pipe, used 2 fittings and installed 18" of Pex. Total cost $555 (I did get a discount for writing a Google review). I called the next morning and explained my concern and was told "That is what it costs to have a licensed professional fix your pipe." The service itself was good as they responded quickly, the technician was very nice and the work so far appears to be good. Simply put, Overcharged for basic plumbing service.

Called my buddy the plumber yesterday. Asked for emergency service. We had a flood . Sewer line flooding everywhere. Dispatcher I think her name was Jamie said no problem we get somebody out.... I felt bad because it was very late . She sent out Brian with my buddy the plumber. He was calmed our nerves and fixed it fast. He had Jason his master plumber come out the next day for a free camera inspection. They found broken pipes and Brian explained our nose on that’s the last connection to city main. We went with my buddy the plumber because of Brian’s experience over 20 yrs with broken sewers. And liked how he brought over a master plumber Jason to check his work. Which Brian was right on. We felt comfortable with Brian and his master plumber and went with them. All honestly we had a couple bids before them and Brian and Jason killed it by half the bid. Thank you my buddy for having such a great honest tech like Brian Shepard and him bringing on a great master plumber like Jason. Customer for life. Thanks my buddy

I called my buddy for a estimate on a jetter job to cut out roots and give liner bid. I got Brian !!!! He was the best I could of asked for .... He worked for hours past what he quoted he for jetter . Got the line cleared and said I know you multiple bids for a liner. I know you said another company said they got all the roots out for the liner they doing for you. I Want your business.... Here at my buddy the plumber I offer you all the roots out before a liner ? Did they offer that. I said most of them. He replied I get them all out to make you a awesome liner.... He said did they offer to chain knock your cast iron pipe to make sure it’s perfect for a liner. No they didn’t. Other 3 companies were 3 times my buddy and didn’t educate us on this. That’s why I went with my buddy the plumber. Brian came out and got every single root out. Which we have video of before and after that he saved to his work phone. He informed us most lines are cast iron to foundation then goes to clay or concrete. Which we had cast iron from foundation to street. He spent hours to chain knock cast iron pipe to perfection. We are so happy and pleased we went with Brian and my buddy the plumber. He also brought in his master plumber Jason to check his work , which he said , you have done a 100 % job to make sure this is absolutely 100% . They finished within 3 days as promised and I will only call my buddy the plumber and of course Brian!!!!!!!! Jason . You guys rock. Thank you for making my experience 100% Awesome. Called my buddy and had Kara answer, she was awesome. Answered a lot of questions for us . She sent out Brian He was absolutely awesome. He wore a mask and gloves and booties . We have our 90 yr mother that lives with us. She was scared because of Covid . He made her feel at ease and safe. We have a sink upstairs that floods the basement floor drain. He advised us that he could possibly clear the drain. But the permanent solution would be jackhammer the old metal pipes and replacing. We were happy that he cleared it for now. And when we get back into town next week . We are going to have him do the permanent solution. He’s taking off what he charged to clear the drain and put toward the floor drain break up. From the start I got a good feeling from my buddy the plumber, looked at all the 5 star reviews. I called and got appointment same day. I expressed I have had several other companies over this week that could not fix my plumbing issue. All wanted over 2,000 . I asked them please send me a hero because I’m not working because of Covid . They sent Brian. He was awesome from start to end. He wore a mask and gloves and foot covers and explained why the other companies couldn’t fix my problem and wanted a ton of money. He got my tub fixed within 10 mins and gave me options to cut out my drum trap for half the price . Our water heater went out last week. Our first call was to my buddy the plumber because it was the closest to our house, but we had never used them before. I had bad experiences All Star plumbing and All Hours so I was not going back to them.Our technician Shea came out within an hour of calling, checked out the issue and gave us a bid all for free. I spoke with two other plumbers that night and Shea’s bid was the best price and it was the most transparent experience. He put down drop cloths to not make a mess, he brought everything up to code and he addressed a leaking pipe for free. I was very impressed and will definitely request him in the future.

I was extremely impressed with My Buddy the Plumber! DAMON TALBERT was the plumber for my job, and now he is my plumber for life. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and took the time to do the job right. He replaced my water heater and pressure reducing valve, and brought things up to code. He even cleaned up my water softener lines as part of the job because he didn’t want his name associated with the old work. He was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive; keep in mind you get what you pay for. The quality of work I received compared to what I paid was an amazing value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just had Dan the electrician come and look at a recessed can issue. Needless to say, it was the bulbs aka the user that created the issue. Dan was honest and didn't make me feel like a waste of time on his calendar, but explained how my specific lighting system worked. I called my buddy the plumber a couple weeks ago, I had a sewer line that was plugged at my house. I had other companies give me estimates and my buddy the plumber offered half of what they wanted. I asked for there best drain tech, and they said Brian would be our best option. Their bids were over 450.00 dollars to clear my sewer line and to camera inspect the line. Brian with my buddy the plumber came out and cleared the line for half that. I only have one bathroom in my house and my bathtub and toilet clogged up. I needed it fixed ASAP and I called around, had a couple places come over and they both told me around $1000 to fix both. Brian the plumber came to our home with mask, gloves and booth covers. That was a great relief because I’m 70 with some health problems. Brian gave details on what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. Once he finished going over everything he let us know what the cost was going to be and it was much lower over what we had received from other companies plus, he did not have to do what one of the other companies said we had to have done for over $1,200 dollars. We would highly recommend My Buddy The Plumber and ask for Brian.

My antifreeze hose bib had a small drip and was vibrating when I open. I called My Buddy the plumber to come and take a look. A plumber named Kyle came in and gave a very detailed explanation of the problem. He explained how I could try to fix the problem just changing the stem and stores where I could find parts. Gave me an estimate of how much he charge if he replace the entire bib. He was not a predator who tried to steal my money. He gave me all options. Kyle also looked at my water softer and water heater, and again gave me a detailed explanation of things that I should keep eye on. I am very happy with Kyle. He knows exactly what he is doing. Friendly guy.Also Kyle came with a face mask and shoe coverings. I felt very comfortable with seeing them having face mask.I will definitely call Kyle again and recommend for any friend.

I called for an appointment because my AC was making loud noises and draining more water than normal. When Preston showed up the machine wasn’t making the loud noises or draining water. Not having anything physical to go off of when he got here, Preston could have easily dismissed my complaints. Instead he took the time to find the problem and fix it. He was very courteous, polite, cleaned up after himself and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Preston and My Buddy the Plumber for any of your AC needs.

We had an amazing & awesome experience! Our A/C stopped working and Shawn was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem. He gave us 4-5 options, went over each one and explained everything. He was even willing to patiently wait while hubby agonized over what to do and asked a million questions. We ended up deciding to replace our under-sized unit, instead of repairing. Shawn put us under absolutely no pressure, and helped us feel totally comfortable about the whole situation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or felt that we were in better hands.Very quickly, amazing Andy showed up with our new unit and got right to work. He had a ton to do, as nothing in our 1970's house was up to code. Andy ended up having to completely remove, then reinstall our furnace. We weren't charged anything else for this extraordinary amount of work! Not only that, but they also decided we needed a new cap on the flue pipe, scrambled up on the roof & replaced it.Wonder of all wonders, one of Andy's crew (super awesome Australian guy) fixed a wobbly electrical cover on our deck. We could hardly ask for a more polite, professional, dedicated, kind group of people to show up, fix our issue--and anything else they noticed was broken--and then take off leaving everything spotless and us in a much, much better position than we were to begin with.Seriously, we want them to come over for our next BBQ! Wow, why would we EVER use anyone else? We won't. Period. Customers for life; these guys rock!!

The fixed it and we haven't had an issue since that time three years ago. On top of that prices are fair and the technicians very knowledgeable. GT, our technician was professional, friendly, and happy to explain the issues I had clearly, and concisely. Afterwards he gave me three options to repair the issue. We started getting drastic shaking and hammering in our pipes. Asked for plumber recommendations from people we knew but most people had only mediocre experiences. Read the excellent reviews online of Duncan Plumbing and decided to give them a try. Called them (people answering the phone were very polite) and set up an appointment for a day or so later, since our problem wasn't an immediate emergency.There's a reason for the excellent reviews. Brandon came to our house to replace the pressure reducing valve. He was on time, explained the problem (his explanation was consistent with the limited knowledge we had), had all the parts with him, and got to work right away. The price he charged for parts and labor was reasonable. He fixed the problem way faster than we could have (and likely saved us eight trips to the hardware store, trying to get the correct parts).I would definitely call Duncan plumbing again.

Had John out to look at a problem with the blower running on our furnace. He had been out before to replace the Mother Board in our furnace and went out of his way to get it done in one day during the winter and even traveled 100 miles to get the right part. He diagnosed the current problem very quickly and fixed the problem in a very short period of time. I really like he shows up in the time they quote. Very nice when having to plan the day. My water main went out in December 2017 so I contacted the company I use for my HVAC. I had to pay $50 for an estimate that resulted in a bid of $7400. I knew that was ridiculously overpriced so I started shopping around. After reading all the great reviews on My Buddy, I decided to give them a call. I believe the estimate was free. Curtis was the plumber that came out. He quoted me $2800. I thought I might have to wait awhile since it was just a few days before Christmas. However, they were able to start the job right away. As they were digging up my yard I worried about my sprinklers. I asked Curtis about this & he told me that if there were any problems with it they would replace them.At the beginning of May I turned my water on & I did find a leak. I called My Buddy & they promptly sent Oni (the guy that dug the trench) out to get it repaired.Big Thanks to Curtis for his more than fair bid & follow through! Also, Oni & his crew busted their tails in freezing temps to replace my water lines.Very impressed with this Company & if I were not moving, I would not hesitate to call them for future jobs

My water heater went out, flooding my basement on Tuesday night. I shut off the water and cleaned up the flood and spent the rest of the night researching for a new plumber. I used Superior water and air for a new main line 5 months ago and got a quote for a tankless water heater. They wanted to charge 12,000 dollars. I found My Buddy the Plumber and gave them a call. Tyler came out the next day, gave me a great quote, less than half of the estimate from Superior. Tyler was a consummate professional, not pushy, gave me three different estimates for different solutions. He was done in a few hours, I had a new tankless water heater and new water softener installed. I will use My Buddy from now on for any trade work I need.

I called My Buddy after 1 pm on a Friday afternoon--because we had sediment buildup in our kitchen faucet that was blocking the water from being able to come through. I learned that the local fire department had sent some sediment into our pipes after testing out some hydrants nearby. I tried everything to unclog our faucet. By 3:45 pm, Jordan was at our door (I was a call in--not an appointment, mind you). He offered to take a quick look. He troubleshooted the situation (there was no way to take the filter apart) and solved the problem. In the end, Jordan did not even charge us! AND our faucet works better than it did before! I am amazed at how quickly My Buddy fit us in. The quality and expertise was incredible. I will be calling My Buddy The Plumber again, for sure. Thank you, Jordan!

We’ve had the best plumbing experience with Jordan today. He took the time to check all areas affected by the water damage, until he figured out the problem. We’ve had mold growth and bad odor of standing water and two professional plumber who came in but were never able to fix the problem. Jordan was awesome! He came out the day after our call and was ready to go. We had a bathtub drain that would not go and he cleared it quickly and effectively. I could not be happier with My Buddy The Plumber Heating & Air. Tyler was super polite and professional. He immediately found the source of our kitchen sink leak and got it repaired as well as a problem with the faucet. I then asked him about a tankless heater (I had a previous quote for over $5K) and his quote was not only significantly less, he gave me great education on which one would work best for us and ideas on how to improve our cheap although new furnace. Our home was flipped very poorly and he was able to give us a lot of information on what we can do to make things run more efficiently and what rebates would be available to us. There is no question I will be using this company again in the future and I will personally request Tyler!
